Q: What types of payments are accepted?

A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Q:Do you offer Gift Cards?

A:Yes! You can purchase an e-gift card on ElevenOakHome.com, to be redeemed online only. We also offer in-store gift cards, to be redeemed in-store only. Please visit or call our store to purchase an in-store gift card.

Q:What is on-line return policy?

A: If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a one-time exchange or receive ONLINE CREDIT within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please note that the garments must be in NEW condition. We do not cover the shipping fee for exchanges or returns.

Please note that all purchases are FINAL for JEWELRY, CANDLES, BATHING SUITS, and all items under our Art category (PHOTOGRAPHY, CANVAS, POSTERS, SKATEBOARDS, etc.). Merchandise discounted in any offer and promotion is FINAL SALE and no exchanges or returns will be accepted. No price adjustments will be made on past purchases.

Q:How soon will I receive my item?

A: Orders ship between 1-3 business days of the order date. Transit time [for U.S. orders] averages 1-3 days (almost all orders are shipped via UPS and FedEx). Please allow approximately 7-10 days from the time your order is placed to the day it is received. We don’t ship Internationally as well as we do not offer express or expedited shipping.

Q:How do I return my item?

A:You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it by mail to ADDRESS. Please make sure to include your order number and the packing slip that you received with your order. *Note that we currently do not offer shipping labels for returns.

Q:What is your return policy on lost or stolen items?

A: In the event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact us within 14 days after the delivery date on the tracking information so we can properly assist you. We will not be reliable for cases not reported within this period and you, the client will be responsible to file a claim with the carrier. 

 

All requests for refunds and replacements will be decided on a case-to-case basis. 

 

Note that we do not have control over the delivery process after the order has been sent to the carrier.
